Overcast day no Sun! first white balance the available light with expodisk ,then put tungsten conversion gels on two quantum trio flashes , one bounced into a 7foot white umbrella on 1/4 power placed next to camera to add color and some detail to exposure of the face. place another quantum behind subject and aim at camera at full power
