You know what to do.

Camera exposure settings: Shutter Speed 1/125 sec Exposure 1/125 sec at f/5.6 ISO 100
Strobe power settings: The strobe light was set at 4.5
Any light modifiers used: I put the light on the extension that puts it lowest to the ground.
Distance from camera to subject: I did not get a measurement, but I was about 5 steps away from the subject.
Distance from lights to subject. The light was about a step away from the subject but pointed to the wall.
The problem I ran into was figuring out how powerful that light should be in order to make her a silhouette and a spotlight. Overall, the shoot went pretty well I found a good distance from the subject pretty early only issue I found was that the extension chord was in the picture which is unfortunate but will make sure that does not happen again.
